My new stroller is here!

My new Mia Moda stroller!

Front view fully reclined.

The back of it with my diaper bag attached to it.
Works pretty nicely.

All folded up and standing on its own.
I'm happy.

Birth Class Pictures

I don't remember the names for all of these positions, but we have them written down. If anyone wants to know them, or would like to see videos of any of these, just let me know. I'll put stars next to the ones that I really liked and that helped me feel better.

Pelvic Rock: Counter Pressure (I think?)

*Pelvic Rock: Counter Pressure

*This felt really good...

The Ramos: This one hurt, but is really good for turning the baby if it needs to change positions inside of you. She said it works 9 times out of 10.

Double Hip Squeeze:
Works better with two people
because you can feel more pressure.

Experiment with Ice Contractions:
We held ice in our hands till she said to stop.
Each time, we would try a differnt method for relieving the pain,
such as: breath awareness, using a focal point,
music, aromatherapy, movement, touch, and interaction.

The only thing that worked for me was when she came over and started stroking my head and hair and was talking to me and reminding me to breathe deeply. Also, in the picture above of AJ and I, we were touching and he was telling me of all kinds of warm places we've been and fun things we've done. That helped too. Otherwise, the pain from the ice hurt a lot!
